The wonderful restaurant with a breathtaking view of the splendid Piazzetta and the Gulf of Tigullio will give you a sophisticated and at the same time simple and fresh atmosphere, capable of being suggestive both with the golden light of the day and with the soft light of the evening. Rock, stone, wood, straw, bamboo, but also mirror, glass and ceramic: these are the materials that create a harmonious correspondence between this place and the surrounding area: it seems to live inside a postcard.
The menu entrusted to Chef Mattia Pecis, a young talent who grew up in the brigade of the Cracco Restaurant, proposes a path of responsible research bringing to the table the best that the earth has to offer. There is no shortage of
the iconic dishes reinterpreted in a Ligurian key: the Caramelized Russian Salad, the marinated egg yolk, the “Preboggion”, the hand-made Pansoti and the Purple Shrimp from Santa Margherita Ligure.
Not to forget the cellar that has over 800 labels from all over the world, without forgetting the small producers who expertly work the Ligurian land. In 2022 it was awarded the “Best Award” by Wine Spectator.
