Let's make pizza with ancient Tuscan grain flours


Do you like pizza? During our lesson with Sandra, owner of the Casale, learn how to prepare it at home. Right at the back of the farm's restaurant kitchen, there is our wood-fired oven, where we will show aspiring pizza chefs how to prepare a tasty pizza. The lesson starts from the selection of ingredients and develops with kneading and leavening techniques, up to the final result. In the end you will enjoy the fruit of your labor combined with other exquisite dishes.
